Carter L. Alleman, J.D., is the Associate Director, Health Policy and ACOS-PAC for the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He is an intrigal part in the College's advocacy efforts and assists in bring the College's view to Members of Congress and the Administration. Mr. Alleman also handles the operation of the ACOS-PAC, the College's PAC.
