Sara Buckman, MD, PharmD, FACS is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Section of Acute and Critical Care Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis.  She completed her undergraduate, pharmacy and medical degrees at the University of Wisconsin, followed by her general surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin.  She completed her Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Washington University and stayed on as faculty where she now works as a Surigcal Intensivist.  She is the Associate Program Director for the Surgical Critical Care Fellowship and a Medical Co-Director for the TeleICU.  She is board-certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.

The system will calculate the total number of hours attended after completing the session evaluations and the overall evaluation. 3) Once the above steps are completed in-full, click "Download/Print Certificate with Transcript" link to retrieve your certificate. ACOS will report your credits to the AOA on your behalf at the close of the submission period. 4) Eligible participants must claim CME credits NO LATER THAN 80 days after the completion of program. Attendees that do not submit their evaluation by the deadline WILL NOT receive credit for the 2021 In-Depth Review, there are no exceptions.
