Dr. Raymond was born in Newark DE, and attended The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore MD where he graduated with degrees in Biology and Psychology.  After completion of his undergraduate work in Baltimore, he matriculated to the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA and later completed both his internship and residency in General Surgery at UPMC Horizon in Farrell, PA.  For the past 3 years Dr. Raymond has been practicing General and Breast Surgery at West Virginia University Health System - Untied Hospital Center in Bridgeport WV, where he serves as a faculty preceptor for UHC's family practice residency program and West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) rotating students.  Dr. Raymond is board certified in general surgeon and received the Presidential Citation at the 2019 ACOS ACA for role in the In-depth review committee and as co chair for the 2019 In depth Review in Des Moines, IA.  In 2019, Dr. Raymond was recognized by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS) as having received the top oral board score in the country in 2018.

Select the "PRE/POST-TESTS" button to begin. The pre/post-tests serve to gauge the knowledge you gained during our board review course, the General Surgery In-depth Review VIRTUAL Seminar (IDR). The pre-tests should be taken before the start of the conference or before each lecture you watch. The post-tests should be taken after each lecture or after you completed the Seminar. Please Note: the tests are for your own edification and are not required to earn CME credits.

CME EVALUATIONS
Select the "CME EVALUATIONS" button to begin.
Select the "CME EVALUATIONS" button to begin. The 2020 IDR is eligible for up to 29.00 AOA Category 1-A Credit hours. Click the CME Evaluations Button to complete the following tasks: 1) Evaluate each lecture attended by completing the "Select Sessions Attended and Complete Evaluations" task. Physicians will only be able to claim credit corresponding with the sessions they watched in this educational program. 2) Once you complete the session evaluations, please compete the "Overall Evaluation" task, this is a required step. The system will calculate the total number of hours attended after completing the session evaluations and the overall evaluation. 3) Once the above steps are completed in-full, click "Download/Print Certificate with Transcript" link to retrieve your certificate. ACOS will report your credits to the AOA on your behalf at the close of the submission period. 4) Eligible participants must claim CME credits NO LATER THAN 80 days after the completion of program. Attendees that do not submit their evaluation by the deadline WILL NOT receive credit for the 2020 In-Depth Review, there are no exceptions.
