Annika Storey, D.O. is currently an Assistant Professor in the Division of Acute Care Surgery at Jefferson University Sidney Kimmel Medical College Department of Surgery in Philadelphia, PA. She is originally from Okemos, MI, and received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University Lyman Briggs School in 2005 with a BS in Physiology. She then received her graduate degree as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. Dr. Storey completed her internship at the University of Pittsburgh-Mercy Hospital in 2010, her general surgery residency from the Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, OH in 2014, and a two year fellowship in Acute Care Surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN in 2016. She is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Critical Care. Dr. Storey holds active memberships in the American College of Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and the American Osteopathic Association. She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband, Chris Geiger.
